Dirty water and shady lease You have to run the water 15 min or so in order to clear it to use. Don't do your laundry here unless you want to ruin clothes.

Brown water - maintenance always has excuse Constant brown water (cold and hot) and maintenance tells you that it is because you live near the ocean! What a crock! Disgusting, unhealthy and water dept. does nothing to help. Heights must have paid them off.

Do not buy a condo here or move here this is a slum. Section 8 brats running wild. Brazilians hitting on 12 year old girls. There are sddcits, drunks and felons living up here. Too much money for a housing project trying to pass as an apartment

Don't move here! Not only is the water brown, but even when it is clear, it smells. Plus, there is something in the water that stains clothes! You dry off from taking a shower and the towels you used actually get yellow stains. Complex has gotten very unpleasant. Lots of bratty, loud kids

Rusty Water You always have to run the hot water 10-15 min to clear the rust out! You report it to management and they ignore you. The idiots in maintenance tell you "what do you expect, it is an old complex?" What I expect is clean water! The Heights is a slum.

Constant Water Problems The hot water is dark brown. Full of rust! It is disgusting. You have to run it 10-20 min just to clear it enough to run a shower. Maintenance/management push it off as someone else´s fault (the water dept, the ocean). It is old plumping that they aren´t

In violation of health codes Move here only - ONLY - if you want dark brown rusty water. Management does nothing about it. They organize get togethers to gloss over the fact that they are in violation of state health codes. The tenants should get a lawyer and organize a rent strike.
