Book keeping sucks looses checks. Rent always changes with out notice. Board has members on it who are the biggest voilators they shoot off fireworks and do what they want have extra family in the apartments and get away with it and not have pay increase in rent as others have to. When you try to move out they come up with fake accounts of money you owe take you to court. When at court they do not look at reciepts showing you are paid they have even made false statements if it looks better for them. Do not tell them you are moving till you get a print out of some type thats states you are in good standing. So you have proof incase they come up made up moneies they say you owe. Do not trust anyone in office or who are close to office personal. If have a problem and talk to someone in the office beware it will get out. Yes there are some nice tenants. You will learn from them that the less you say the better off you will be. I feel so much better and my health issues are not as bad from the stress caused by living there. It took me over 2 years to finally get out and not have a bad refence from them. Guess you could say my family and even my children had to kiss up the management so we could get out with a good understanding from there. We needed refencers. We still have copies of the stuff they put us through. We are told we have a certain time frame in which we can file a suit againest them. We are thinking about just doing that. The one thing we do miss is the few good friens we made while living there. We call but as far as going to see them we fear our being there will just cause trouble for them as when we left we told the office just how we felt when we turned in the keys.
Oh yes we never got depoist back saying the rug was dirty funny they changed the rugs when everyone moves out weather they need it or not this is part of the upgade they say as the caperts are not good when you vac. the carpets come apart but they will not replace it till you move and blame you just so they don't have to pay for the new carpet.
