I love living here a Leyen woods. the people at the office are really nice, and they help you with whatever you need. The guys that work here to fix things are great, especial george and dave, they are really nice and great to talk with.

I disagree. I can't wait to move out. There are sex offenders level 3 living there (check the police report) Leyden Woods screens you about drugs but they let sex offenders to live here? that there is a high probability of re doing it again? Leyden Woods is a family complex. Sex offenders should live in elderly projects. Leyden Woods is very irresponsible, they don't care.

i agree lyden woods don'nt care about there tenete..they don'nt fix anything my friend has had a leaking roof for 5 months now anmd they haven'nt even came to look at it gorge and dave don'nt even work here anymore one stole keys to tenets appartments and one sleeped with a tenet in the office aND GET THIS THE MANTANCE GUY CAME TO FIX MY APPARTMENT I WAS AT WORK DID'NT EVEN KNOW THEYU WERE COMING ...CAME HOME FROM WORK AND FOUND A CONDOM RAPPER IN MY BATHROOM NOW THATS GROSS.......I CAN'NT WAIT TO MOVE OUT,,,,,,BEEN HERE FOR A FEW YEARS....THERES ALOT OF SEX AFFENDERS HERE...APPARTMENTS ARE COLD IN WINTER BECAUSE THEY CONTROL UR HEAT WITHOUT U EVEN KNOWING..THEY TURN THE BOILERS DOWN SO ITS LIKE 50 DEGREES IN HERE IN THE WINTER THEY GOT MOLD HIDDEN EVERYWHERES AND MOLD IS BAD FOR UR HEALTH THEY JUST PAINT RIGHT OVER THE MOLD...U CAN CALL THEM TO FIX SOMETHING TILL UR FACE TURNS BLUE THEY AIN'NT GONNA COME AND IF THEY DO COME THEY CHARGE U MONEY TO FIX THINGS...IN MY OPINON THEY NEED TO KICK EVERYONE OUT AND KNOCK THIS PLACE DOWN AND REBUILD CAUSE ITS HAZARD TO UR HEALTH....

Leyden Woods(I lived there 9 yrs(Fluffy S. Parker-Hi Ya'all-esp joe-jo)is so gang crime related violence-my neighbor was murdered by her ex-street gangs basically rule this place-beat-do worse-murder even-residents-liliputin rat brat packs roam wild-every nite is cabbage nite-broken windows-car vandalism-breakins-emplyees that rob you while out at the mall-debauched wastrels is a mild-explitive-for this-zoo!

I have met some very nice family people here. I think the apartments are kept to code and they are nice and a good size, their are a lot of children so if you have kids it's a plus. However, it does have some serious bad element, a lot of police activity and I recently read about a heroin raid and that sex offender!!!!! Without a doubt the property manager could use better judgement and be kinder to potential residents who would be an asset to the community. The rest of the office personnel are so kind and professional....always helpful.

You Know a lot of you complain a lot about many different things but I lived there for 17 yrs and never once(1)had such things happen to me. I raised 4 sons there and when they were old enough they would help maintence with things such as shoveling out the walks. John, PJ, Linda, Trish, Gail, Shaun and a couple of others were absolutely wonderful People. You can NOT blame the office or maintence personal for those who do illegal activity. The Law should accept the responsibility of sex offenders and I believe they should not be allowed to live where Families do. So where do they live? I say there should be an apartment place away from families and schools. YES I said SCHOOLS!!!!! They live near a couple of elementary schools there in Greenfield. Your talking about unruly kids and what they do at night. This is not only the kids fault but it is the PARENTS of these kids too. Try a local neighborhood crime watch group. The Police will work with you on it. POWER comes with a group before it comes from a single person. You cant refuse to accept a Russian Family or Black Family or a Spanish Family? How dare you!!!!!! In this country this land orginally belonged to the -------. Thats right, The REDMAN. Next you will be saying he can not have the freedom his Family so richly deserves. We all are Immigrates. Those people have just as much rights to live there as you do.
