These apartments are so loud that it becomes unbearable. We can tell every show that our neighbors watch on TV because the soundproofing is of such poor quality. There is a serious lack of respect between the residents. We have had parties going on around us until all hours and have heard many arguments and fights outside at night. You can hear people swearing and screaming at each other at 2am. The police have been there numerous times since we've been there, but it hasn't done much to help any of the problems. The maintenance staff is responsive and very nice, and the office staff is as responsive as possible. In all, the soundproofing is terrible and makes days and nights at home unbearable.
