This place is a JOKE - I was locked out accidentally forgetting my keys. I called after hours maintenance service for help and received NO HELP whatsoever. loved it I lived there a long time ago, it was great, nice neighbors, the kids were well behaved and respected the adults, rent was cheap, floor plan was cool, the neighbors did stuff like dress up as Santa for the kids, and everyone new everyone else that lived

Safety Issues I know for a fact that there is a woman on heather court that is in need of ramps that leyden woods is refusing to put in. She has a handicap plate and is unable to walk with swollen legs that have several ulcers and is on oxygen. Common give me a break how hard would it be to put

I think that leyden woods has a lot or work to do. They do not take things seriously that should be taken seriously. Maintnance never fixes anything so that it stays fixed. I would not recomend this project to anybody who like to just be able to live the way you should clean.

I wouldn't recommend moving here. They don't accommodate handicapped people unless you bug them profusely to provide adequate parking spaces and/or necessities within your dwelling. They paint over water damaged areas. They cob job things that need fixing which results in having to return

Leyden Woods My advice? If u live here cause the rent is cheap, keep your mouth shut and don't let your children play unsupervised ever. Prepare to see lots of police presence, as there is always a crack house to bust.
