Better than Average, Not for Non-Smokers - These are really nice & roomy apartments, anything that needs to be repaired or replaced is attended to quickly, and the grounds are nice and well kept. Good responsive management team and maintenance. Pets are welcome, people are friendly. It's definitely one of the nicer complexes in the area for the price range. Very Satisfied This place is not the ghetto by any means what so ever. It is a very well taken care of complex. I love my apartment, it is HUGE and very inviting. The manager was excellent when we signed our lease and there are no issues with our apartment. We are very happy with Hanover

Nice apartments, if falling apart is OK with you. It had better be, there´s no way management is gonna help you, you pain in the butt. The parking lot is oh so lovely, nicely ripped up for months for a sewer project wisely undertaken during the winter months.
