The apartments look better than thay are. It was built in 70s and renovated later. The space is limited. The rent has been increasing by about 10% for last 2 years. The staff are nice at least a few, but they are very business oriented, not service type.
Safety is not that great, but not bad either. Facilities are good and maintenance are great. However, I wouldn't recommend Pine Brook. Because you will definitely find one with the same facilities, but less than $100, in this area. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
