Well where to start is the question.
I'll start with the staff they lie they say one thing and do another. they will say anything to get u to rent from them so don't they will act as thou there is a prosses but there isn't. they took my security deposit and im taking them to court ( they say is for stain there carpet and bubbling there counter top.) They sent me some pictures and im taking them to court with me.
They don't seem to like the neibors to talk but they do, and when they see it it seems like the notice of voilations start showing up at your door. can't even enverlope them anyone can read cheap dont u think.
Then they don't investergate anything .
I had a dog the the fee was 50 u do not get it back they keep it for I don't know what in hell could a dog do to an appartment an older dog to pay a 50.00 fee more for and if they say u have to remove the dog u need to.
I weas a single mother with a pregnant teen in the home when i went to work. Who told me my dog never barked . I got a notices about one more time i would need to have her removed(it was a faults complaint from one of the tennents who didn't like any dogs ) I got a 25.00 fine for the dog messing out doors voilation cause they didn't know whos dog it was. I pick up all hers so i told them to go look for the bags in the poop trash for market basket bags.
The pool area they were allowed to smoke , drink , plus fight and nothing was done about that. The older children would jump in not looking out for littler ones and the life gaurd was useless.
They sent me a notice that they wanted my car off there propty to them it was a feul leak and it would wreck there asfolt. Nice huh .
My daughters boyfriend came to visit and drove his bike over he would leave it just out side my door and visit for awhile they came in and took it my daughter had to go and ask them for it back . OH yeah I got a notice that dog pee was unsightly in the front of the building lol .
The monthly calander was nice when we got it not all would get the goings on at pinebrook place.
The laundry room is a big joke U end up paying a bundle for laundry.
This place is a big joke. People smoke on the stairs in hall ways and u can smell the drug use as well so gross.
Like i said so much to tell .
I couldn't wait to leave pine brook place now im gone and want to tell all Donot live at pine brook place
there also is a mold problem there after my daughter had her son the baby outfit would get wet weather from urine or water the cloths would be moldy in a couple of days I had to throw a couple of his new things out cause they were so bad.

I agree This place is a dump! Its not Luxury Apartment living!! Just because they have a pool they consider this crap living Luxary? Paint chips all over. Bad tenant selection!! Too many dogs!!!! and dog crap. There is so much dog crap its HAZARDOUS!!! I SHOULD SUE the CITY and DOLBEN for TOXIC WASTE POISONING FROM ALL THAT DOG ---- !! Imagine the damage to my lungs from inhaling that???? Do you want to walk outside for a breathe of air only to step in DOG ---- and get a nasty wiff of DOG ---- in the air.The place is over priced for what u get and the management really is extremly unprofessional. The management lies about agressive breeds and size. I have seen PITS and many other large breed dogs. PIT BULLS around children? And dID U KNOW THAT WHEN U SIGNED UR LEASE AND IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN YOU WAIVE YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS TO SUE THEM IF YOU CHILD IS ATTACHED OR KILLED BY A DOG ( LET ALONE A PITBUll?)DONT EVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE!! YOU ARE BETTER OFF RENTING FROM A SLUM LORD, You wanna talk about luxury? FOREST ACRES IN BRADFORD now THATS LUXURY LIVING. THERE MANAGEMENT ARE PROFESSIONAL AND DONT PLAY HEADGAMES NOR DO THEY LIE TO YOU , OR SAY ONE THING THEN DO ANOTHER..... BELIEVE WHAT PEOPLE ARE TELLING YOU. ALSO IF YOUR A MINORITY BEWARE..THEY'LL KISS UR ASS TO GET U IN , THEN THEY'LL KICK U IN THE ASS FROM THE BEHIND WHEN U TURN AROUND and who knows u just may land face FIRST IN DOG ---- !!!! I am also in a place I call the edge of Hell, after my home was forclosed on, because of the choice of getting my meds and paying for the utilities or paying the morgage. My credit score was in the toilet and so I did not have many options. I rented at what was once called CLEAR BROOK, the name was changed in Sept. 2006 after a shoot out where the police found 22 gun casings. The name change I came to find out use to mean crank in the old days, a fit and proper name for hell. I have been two years in July. When I moved in, they game me the smallest one bedroom appartment, that was supposed to have been renivated. When I moved my furnature from the front room where the kids left it, and tried to clean up, I found the most discusing stains on the floor, looks like perhaps fecces, or just plain pigs. There has never been a knob on my dishwasher, but I did have serveral nice leaks in the sinks, airconditioner and even in the toilet. Compount that with electrical shorts in the ceiling fan, and several outlets, if moving into an invironment that I was unfamilar with was a hard enough adjustment, I had to deal with Roaches, Latin music till the wee hours of the morning and a drug bust right next door all with in three days after I moved in. Just so you all know this, I am a fifty-eight year old disabled white widow women, and I have a female boxer that I have trained to help me. I also make sure that I take care of her inclucing takeing a bag with me to pick up her crap.. Any responsable pet owner should do that. I have also came to enjoy my neighbors, and the children. I just think it is a rotten shame that people have to live in places who lie to you and tell you what a great caring community this is. The first time I was 1 day late with my rent payment, (I was in the hospital) they charged me 35 bucks. Compassion..Right When I asked for things to be fixed, they told everyone I was a demanding ???????, and wanted them to come and change a light bulb. If I had the light would still be out. I am now on my fith manager, I have called everyone to try and get help. NO ON IS LISTENING, and NO ON GIVE A DAM. So perhaps it is time for us to speak out, we have rights, renters rights. If enough people in a place gets together nothing will be done. But as the great leaders in the past, those of all races say, light a candle, hold it up to the light. We maybe poor but we do not have to just laydown and take it. we can Vote, write, protest, I am a member of the baby boomers generation, I never burned my bra, but I have stood up and changed something in my life. I was not allowed to ride a bus unless I backed on to it, it was not possible, it only took me six month to change it. I know that others Livine IN HELL can made changes too.
