I moved into pine brook place last year.. it all seemed great at first. Sure the teacup sized dog was fined 50$ a month.. for what' I pick up her mess!
*My apartment is infested with ants. It has been since day 1. They said they would send someone over to take care of it.. time and time again we call and still no one.
*With the flooding that occured this year, my carpet was soaked and beacame moldy and smelled. they said they would get someone right out to take care of that.. (Guess what).
*Laundry is almost 2$ to wash and 2$ to dry! The dryers never work so you have to run them through again.
*They say you have a referral bonus if people say you referred them. They have been dicking me around with this and It has been 2.5 months since my friend moved in.. No bonus yet.
*Dishwasher has not worked since i moved in. It will cycle for days because it sticks in one spot unless you turn the knob. They refuse to fix this.
I am paying 2 thousand dollars to break my lease. I HATE IT HERE!
