I'VE been living at pine brook for 3 yrs always paid rent on time ,with the exception of once i was 2 days late they gave me a 14 day quit notice the SOB'S DONT GIVE A RATS @$$ ABOUT ANY THING BUT MONEY...!! THEY DONT CARE FOR THEIR TENNANTS AND THEY DONT FIX A DAMN THING ... I HATE THIS PLACE AND I WANT EVERY ONE TO KNOW NOT TO MOVE HERE THERE IS ALSO DRUGS BEING SOLD OUT SIDE MY FRONT DOOR AND THEY DONT DO ANY THING SAFTEY SUX

I used to live in the same building you are. One night the drug dealer shot his 9mm on my F$ wall. I called police and that ------------------------did nothing about it. Now I am in another building for the time being: no maintenance, ants, same s##. DON'T RENT HERE! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR: DONT RENT HERE!
