I moved in a year ago, I being waiting for my lease to end. I complained a lot about the noise, once time the FBI Unit came to the apartment to look for someone, SO its not safe! Summer time they have a apple tree which kids and teenagers late at night through the apple to cars. Once someone stole my radio infront my building. I complained about the laundry and they answered was " They not responsable". You will find cucaracha around or outside your apartment like if they also pay rent. The trash is horrible. Parking, let me not even mentioned. You also will see ants every where in your apartment.

I feel your pain, I lived the for a couple of years! The matinence are racist, and the person who lived up stairs from me was a known sex affender. Ya, there were bugs, every where, and don't let the pool be a plus to you, because the life guards don't know how to do their jobs! My friend almost drowned and I had to save her!!!
