I could be picky, but I really have few complaints about living here. The complex is only a year old (as of 2004), so everything is new and modern. The grounds are well kept, noise is low, there are lots of pets, but people clean up after them.

Management is friendly and responsive. They can be somewhat forgetful about minor requests, though they I believe that they have good intentions to get things done. I think that after they get a call to do something, they often get caught up in something else that distracts them. Outside of that, they are friendly and dedicated. It also does not hurt that they are cute too.

Like many of the better places to live, this place is not cheap. I believe that it may be one of the most expensive apartments in the Haverhill/Methuen/Lawrence area. But you do get what you pay for with W/D in the apt, pool, gym, clubhouse, and very beautiful apartments. I came in on a great special and am concerned about having to move when rent increases come up in a year. But so far, this has been an excellent place to live and I am very happy to be here.
