Was the first person to move into my apartment, and so I was the first to encounter small things that needed to be fixed as the buildings were still settling in (trim, paint, weather stripping on the doors since there was a draft). The staff were responsive and everything was fixed up asap. The apartments are new, are well-kept, the girls in the office are friendly and responsive (and responsible). The rent is reasonable compared to other apartments in its class (W/D, luxury) and I & my wife really love living here.
