Aside from the comfort of an oversized apartment, with the lux. of the washer and dryer in your own apartment.. the place is ok. You can't hear your neighbors that much, and its mostly quiet all the time.. the the quality of the apartments is very bad. The handy men on sight arent that good at what they do, and if you have a gas fireplace, god help you it doesnt break. It took me 1 and 1/2 years to get mine fixed. Now, it leaks gas. Water has leaked from the roof, into my apartment, causing water damage to several personal items of mine. And the Staff and management company aren't willing to work with you on much. It's to expencive for the hassel.
