Managment changes and equitys desire to save money instead of keeping residence has led to the largest ADA lawsuit in American history. Google it; out of maryland combining over 300 units. The newest manager will nickle and dime you and is a bully. You could not PAY me to live there again!!!!

I disagree. My experience with Marcey was very positive. It's the manager who could care less about the residents

I lived there last year and had a good experience. Marcey seemed fine to me then. Are we talking about the same Marcey? Neighbors weren't the friendliest, but complex was well maintained.

Best place in the area for renters. Quiet and clean compared to most. Maintenance is good for a place this size. For the money you get a nice apt., good location and very pet friendly. As for complaints about the place, there will always be some small problems. The important thing is response to them. Maintenace response is good with a friendly attitude...as for the office staff, Marcey is always professional but friendly, never had a problem with her. The manager is shallow and tacky. Should work at a singles bar instead of an office.

I recently had the wonderful experience of looking into Residence at Little river in Haverhill, MA. I experienced nothing but friendliness and courtiousness. I never met Marcey - but their new Asst. Manager Kelly is a sweetheart, and new manager Esther is extremely nice.

The worst person was John NA she ------- s*cked hard c*ck and her husband wanted to blow the mailman. Also be on the lookout for scary residents such a "Golden Belt the ultimate cougar", The "H" Twins, Flame Shirt and X Amount. VERY SCARY
