I have lived here for almost a year and I plan on staying. Yes, the rents are a little higher than some other properties but you get what you pay for. Not only is my apartment HUGE and clean but the other people living there are very friendly and the office staff and maintenace are very accomadating. I have referred many people there. Yes, you will hear dogs bark but it's an apartment complex and it's not that bad. Yes, there are cig butts and dog waste, but that is because of lazy people. The staff picks it up daily when they shouldn't have to. You'll love living here.

This sounds like the old management that was here, the nice people. THE NEW ONES ARE RUDE AND AWFUL
