They change the rules every time they change management and they change management frequently. The last few lied, don't care, were idiots, or plain rude. Now, "for your convenience" they won't accept packages at the office. I have been here 2 1/2 years. I have a big dog so that gives me fewer choices. There are neighborhood kids who will vandalize your vehicles, set of fireworks in the parking lot and ride thru on ATV's. There have been multiple vehicles stolen from the lot. Multiple apartments are so poorly insulated the water freezes in the toilet during the winter. Other apartments leak water during heavy rain. The keys don't work well in the locks. They can't hire enough maintenance to keep things going. Right now, all the lights are out at the mailbox. But hey, after 6 months, they finally fixed my callbox.

Not only is there poor insulation, but the joists are overloaded (and floors not glued or screwed down) causing MASSIVE noise problems above them for people living on the first floors!! And as usual, they take your money, but do nothing to solve the problems. Way over priced for the excessive amounts of problems at this place. Gone way down hill, stay away.

You didn't mention the fact that you can't get any maintance done with out calling corporate????
