When I first looked at the property it was very nice. The person who showed us around was very friendly and answered most of our questions. Shortly after we moved in things changed. Management became cold and not very nice. The windows leak air. I called the main office and asked to have some one look at it, I was told that it happens in every apartment and to either put plastic over it or get heavier curtains. I then called the corporate office to complain, being as the property was only 4 years old, and the windows should not leak. I was told that they would take care of it. I got a call from the property manager saying she would send over some one to look at it. He showed up a few days later, couldn t speak English and just put more weather striping over the gaps. Needless to say my heating bill went up. Some of the tenants don t pick up after there dogs. I would only recommend living on the top floor as there no one above you, (less noise). When it comes to parking, if you get home any later the 7pm you will not find a spot near your building(hope you like walking in the dark). The smells from other peoples apartments fills the hall way(not very pleasant). We got a notice about 3 months before our lease was up saying that if we renewed the lease they would be charging us another $250 on top of what our current rent of $960. For the size of the apartment it wasn t worth the extra money.

I'm experiencing the same situation. I went through the leasing processes with the asst manager. 11 days after moving in just one neighbor managed to put in 4 complains about me. Because my 6 lbs Pomeranian dog was running in the apartment and he could here the tiny steps. I called the office so i can get this resolve, because this is suppose to be a pet friendly complex and I'm paying the pet fees so my dog can live in the apt. The Property Manager managed to tell me that "humans have more rights than animals" and that "i suggested to the neighbor that next time to call the cops." Yup, that's what she said. She wants the cops to be called because a 6 lbs dog is running in an apt, where all the pet fees and rent is payed. Wasting cop's time and taxpayers money. Fantastic Idea!!! If i would've known that I was going to deal with unprofessional people and ---- neighbors, I would've taken my money somewhere else.

does anyone have anything to say about the pricing? I don't live at Residence, but I did call management to inquire and I thought the prices were outrageous! It's almost like paying to own a house.
