Don't live there! Horrible customer service and do not keep up with the property!

When I first moved in in December of '05, the staff was friendly and the properly was well kept. After a year or so, everything started to go seriously downhill. The new property manager, Esther, however is a huge *itch and will not work with you to deal with any issues that may arise. In the winter, we would go entire weekends with only half of the parking spots being plowed out, forcing us to park where ever we could find a spot and one morning I came outside to find my car damaged, likely from a plow. There is dog crap and cigarette butts littering the grounds. My apartment itself was nice, and I lived on the 3rd floor so the noise wasn't as bad. The guy down the hall used to have his friends ring my buzzer to let them in because he didn't have a home phone (which the buzzer goes to), which pissed me off. The hallway and stairwell walls and carpets were dirty and not kept up either. If you didn't get home before 10, you wouldn't get a spot near your building entrance. I tried multiple times to contact the property management company directly but they never responded. Oh, and it seems like a bunch of kids started moving in and the noise level definitely got higher from their little parties. I lived there for 2 years, always paid my rent on time, apartment was in perfect condition when I left it, etc. I finally bought a townhouse, a process which started in August. My lease wasn't up until mid-December. I was able to push my closing off until the end of November, and because I didn't pay the last 2 weeks' rent (when I no longer lived there, and after giving 3 months' notice that I was moving out), they sent it to collection and ruined my perfect credit. Overall, the high price of rent is so not worth dealing with a horrible property manager who doesn't give a crap about you and all of the other obligations they failed to meet. A luxury apartment community' Yeah right!!! Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
