I have lived at Residence at Little River in Haverhill since November of 2007. Esther Prue- the Property Manager has always been very kind, helpful and bends over backwards to help you. Jose from maintenance always greets you with a smile! The people that live there are so wonderful, you feel very at home. I have read so many complaints about this place that it makes me sick. I have lived here for almost 2 years and will be signing on again. It really is a very wonderful place to live. Trust me!!! Never problems with parking, they do an excellent job of snow removal, and most of all- the office staff, partically Esther- is really a very sweet person.

You are clearly in the minority. You also have only been there for a year, give it time. Since you are a new resident, you did not know the previous staff and have not seen how downhill this place has gone.

yes, she works hard. works hard at being extremely rude. How is it that someone keeps a job being so rude to customers(residents)? She takes out her own personal issues on anyone that calls with a concerns. Esther, if you hate your job, why don't you quit? You're only making our lives difficult for no reason. Get out of here, so someone with more customer service and renting experience can come in and fix this place up. The asst manager has more skills and is more qualified for it.

I guess Esther is going on here and writing nice comments so she doesn't lose her job. The apt turn over rate here is ridiculous. The majority of people move out after a year or sooner. Just a little secret from within... She writes FAKE complaints to keep the tenants inline. Yes Esther we all know you are desperate to keep your job. Between the deterioration of the complex (because Jose thinks he's doing a great job), high apt turn over rate, horrible customer service, and your attitude, we all know time is ticking.
