I've lived at Viewpoint for almost a year and when my lease is up, I'm out of here. Yes, the staff is friendly....great. I hope you LOVE the sounds of the train rumbling past your windows and the "ding ding" sound made by the train when its time to board which you can hear clearly with the windows closed. Great staff doesn't make up for the fact that the air conditioner from the floor above me leaked into my apartment twice and soaked through my ceiling, dripping on the floor and soaking my couches, which smelled and I threw away. It also doesn't make up for the noise that comes out of the drum store next to White Hen. During the summer you can clearly hear live, terrible bands playing, even with the windows closed. Great staff also doesn't make up for living in ------ downtown Haverhill or my extremely loud and annoying neighbors running up and down the halls at all hours of the night. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
