Residence at Little River 47% Recommended Apr 22 2008: When I first looked at the property it was very nice. The person who showed us around was very friendly and answered most of our questions. Shortly after we moved in things changed. Management became cold and not very nice. Hadley West Apartments 0% Recommended Mar 10 2008: I hated everything about this place,the other post are 100% correct,& that manager(D) is a total b*tch,she treats the good tenants like ---- & lets the bad ones get away with murder. Avoid this crap whole like the plague! Forest Acres 60% Recommended Jan 07 2008: I have lived at Forest Acres for the past 4 1/2 years. It is quiet, neighbors are friendly, the hallways and laundry rooms are kept clean. The swimming pool in the summertime is a great bonus!!! All the workers at Residence at Little River 47% Recommended Dec 09 2007: This place might look nice from the outside, but it is awful to live here. Do you want a management that you have to call corporate HQ to get an air filter and any other maintenance for that matter because Forest Acres 60% Recommended Oct 06 2007: I been living here for four years and have no problems with maintance/parking.The office staff is frendly and the grounds are keep up.Also I moved from lynn and can't beleave how Quiet the grounds are |
