Nice and peaceful place to live - Pine Brook Place Apartments is a really nice place to live. I don't know why other people said that its horrible. best you're gonna get for the money I lived at Pine Brook twice, back from '02 - '05, then again in '07. I think it's the best place you're gonna get for such cheap money. I never had a problem with bugs and maintenance & office staff were always nice and helpful

no i dont work here I have not had the problems that others seem to have. Yes it does get noisy but you are living in an apartment building with 25 other families..what do you expect. I have not had a problem with bugs, I keep my apartment clean. My dishwasher broke and I had a new one

Gotten worse with every year...NEVER AGAIN WITH EQUITY The grounds are littered with dog waste, with every new tenant they look more shady. No more nice neighbors just very young people who never work driving very expensive cars....Hmmmm Glad I'm moving!
