Hi, i live in Beals Cove Village been here 10yrs love the place when i first went looking at condos after have been living in my mothers home a largehome for almost all my life. when i wanted to move out on my own i went looking at condos i looked everywhere i grew up in Weymouth but all the condo i looked at where so small i didn't know what i was going to do till i saw Beals Cove Village in the paper and went and looking at it i was pleasntly surpried it was bigger than the other condos i looked at. I like the look on the outside of these they look a house i like the fact there are only 4 apartments in each i own my condo the grounds are keep very beautiful lots of amenities here. And for the Managers here they did and do a great job here i came in when Michael Divetowas managing these he did a great job he was on top of every thing, And now i thinkJimmy Gardner is following in his foot steps. I think it;s great place to live it close to everything stores transportation. When i have friends visit me they says it's a beautiful place keep up very pretty.

I agree with Bealsgirls. I also own a unit at Beals Cove. However, in 2003 I relocated back to NY. The complex is quiet, the pool water sparkles, we also have tennis, as well as a basketball court. Plus Hingham is a lovely town. I miss my condo, I currently rent it out. The grounds are maintained beautifully. My 1 bedroom unit is huge! I would recommend this complex to EVERYONE!!

I am thinking of renting a unit at Beal's Cove, and am wondering how the soundproofing between units is? The unit I am looking at is a 2 bedroom, 1st floor unit. I am looking for a quiet place, and want to make sure the soundproofing is adequate.

Hi, I do like living here but i have been here a long time and seen the good and bad of this place. When i first moved here it was beautiful not that it is not nice now but it needs a lot of fixing up i live in the 8 building and my perticular building is in need of some work the hallways and roof really need work on and we were told this was going to be taken care of i sure hope so i think this is partically due to lately they have been changes in management quite often they do not stay long enough so they do not have enough time to take care of these problems when i first moved here the site manager had been here a long long time and he was right on things that was one of the reasons i moved in it was beautiful it is still nice i like living here but it needs a lot of work. We were told some of this work was going to be done and i sure hope so it is such a nice place and i do not want to see it go down hill the grounds are keeped up but not as good as when i first moved in here that is becuse they keep changing landscaping companies. I do own my condo and i think we do pay suffecent amount for condo fees according to what i see in other places yes we do have our heat and hot water included in Condo fess which is a big plus but please do not let the place get run down it will be a shame if it does you people do have enough money to fix this place up this i do know i usually do go to all condo meetings so please do before it get's any worse and then it will cost you people more money than you thought to fix it up. I do know heating is one of the big expenses this year but i do know you people borrowed quite a bit of money for a lot of these expense and i have seen nothing none of these repairs done as of yet.
