There seems to be a no pet policy unless your in bed with maintenance, then your good to go, not that I would recomend this as he looks/acts like a perv. I am so disappointed living here, can't stand it, no one is helpful or responds to my polite requests for attention to matters. No privacy, I feel like I am in a fish bowl. People do not know their boundaries. Beware, you're in for a unpleasant surprise if you think this is worth the money. Life guard policy is absurd, no need for it, as they are just 19 yr. old eyecandy for the staff. Not of help, they could use the money better elsewhere. Moving ASAP.

Hi, I have no interest in pets and I believe the reason for the lifeguard is a liability thing. Other than that, if you need something fixed, is the maintenance guy attentive or does it take a while to get something fixed? Also, I heard that some of the lower units tend to have sewage back up problems. Is that true?
