Good experience - We've had a great experience living here. The pool is great and zero entry, so perfect for kids. The gym is nice as well and rarely crowded. gym i've lived here two years, part of the reason i live here is because of the gym. while it is always clean, the machines always break down. It's a lot of money to live here and it's rip-off that the machines do not work. This is most definitely NOT

No Privacy! I pay far too much for this place. I feel like I live in a fishbowl! There is no privacy here at all. For a new construction, the soundproofing is quite poor. Even the pool is plopped right in the middle of the surrounding buildings!
I cannot wait till my lease is up!

worth it, love it, pleasant experience overall ..been there a year. Love it, they fix things when asked, management is very accommodating and nice...you do need an appointment as they do get busy. very close to boat to commute in to boston (across the parking lot). Relatively quiet
