LAZY I stopped by to see an apartment and the lady refused to show me an apartment. She explained some bizarre policy I never heard off with the Avalon rentals. It turned out that the dinner (fried fish and the salad) she had spread all over the desk was more important than showing apartments. I

No Air conditioning When it is 90 degrees out, if it is after Sept 15th you can forget it. These condos have either heat or AC, The pool opens late Spring (if at all) and closes the day after Labor day. there no choice. the Assoc. has no say. Since the climate can be changable in Spring
