I actually just moved out of Ramblewood apartments because I moved out of state. I wish I could have moved the place with me! I am NOT management. I lived there for two years and felt like I was living in a haven. Yes, there was a murder, which was a little unsettling. But it was targeted. The guy had an enemy out there. That stuff happens in the most peaceful suburbs.

The maintenance was EXCELLENT. They always fulfilled my requests the very same day. You always see them around, in uniforms, keeping up the grounds and doing their other work. They are very professional. I would occasionally have the pleasure of seeing deer in the woods on the grounds . . . just beautiful!

I read the comment about the arguing neighbors. It is true, I lived in their building on the third floor. They were on the first. I heard them argue every night. I never reported them to managemnt though, I don't know if anyone else did. They haven't been there long, and I figure the guy won't be able to handle that kind of verbal abuse for much longer!

Anyway, like I said, my overall experience was a very positive one. I hope to find a place comparable to it here in MD.
