Ramblewood Apartment complex in Holbrook, MA 02343 We are HUD subsidized and we feel like we live in a prison. The new owners are sons of the original owners and they support neglect and minimal involvement with their properties. Profit margins are their only concern.

Crappy First of all, management are rude to you. Kids are constantly blocking street and won´t move when they see cars coming. Maintence is terrible. We have called several times about our shower and still they have not come to fix it. Upon first entering you are forced to sign a rule

Big Money, Low Brow WE HAD SOME SERIOUS PROBLEMS WITH THE NEIGHBORS. YOU HAVE TO SIGN THIS STRICT SET OF RULES TO GET IN, AND THEN THEY WON´T ENFORCE THEM WHEN YOU NEED THEIR PROTECTION. WE HAD THE DOWNSTAIRS NEIGHBORS THROWING BEER BOTTLES AT OUR WINDOW. THE BATHROOM IN THE APARTMENT ABOVE

DO NOT MOVE HERE Last night (July 10, 2008), a young man had his apartment broken into. He was bound and stabbed to death. That should be reason enough. This just might be hell on earth, and you actually have to PAY for it. If you have ONE shred of class you will NOT move in here.
