They keep raising the rent.

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
I have lived here going on three years. My rent has increased each year. Now they are looking for $755 for a one bed room. Not a large one bedroom mind you. I also have water damage on my ceiling and broken door handles. The snow removal has also gone down hill. Nice location for this complex but not that great when considering the lack of help from management / cost.
