Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2000
They advertise "energy efficient windows", the windows are no where near energy efficient. The air conditioner might as well be a hole in the wall -- it allows A LOT of cold air through it. I had to do EXTENSIVE weather proofing for the winter. Having electric heat certainly does not help matters.
The condos were built in the 80's. They are attractive but the cost does not equal what you get.
The appliances are outdated. The trash compactor works when it feels like it, the dishwasher seems to make the dishes more dirty than when you put them in!
I just read some questions to answer but some choices are vague so I will clarify here:
* there is no gym
* there are washer and dryer hook-ups in 2br apts.
* no security services
* office hrs. 7:30am - 4pm
* haven't lived here long enough for rent increase
