We moved to MA from out of state and found very few apartments with w/d in units, which we were used to having. Our apt at Cherry Hill had 2br, 2ba, about 1000 sq ft, and w/d hookups for full-size machines in the 2nd bathroom. The master bedroom had a walk-in closet and bath, it was very large. Both baths had tubs with showers. The apt was in good condition, and maintenance responded quickly to any problems. Management was very friendly. The biggest negative for us was noise. We lived on 2nd floor with apt above, and neighbors were very loud. Partied until 3-4 am. Management gave warnings, but there is not much they could do. Our apt also overlooked single-family homes to the rear, and the residents had 2 dogs who were outside all day and night and barked incessantly. We called Holyoke police regularly, but they have plenty of shootings and stabbings to deal with, so barking dogs not tops on their list. Dogs ran away eventually, but by then we had already bought our house. Snow removal in winter can be a bit hit and miss. Apts are fairly expensive for area, but you get a lot more for your money.
