Sad story

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
Administrations even though co-op owned by the tenants asociation having majority ownership its very obvious the administrators totally run the show. From cheap and bad maintnance to very poor relationship with teneants. Having the tenants asociation as puppets for legal purposes only.
