Stay away from this company at all costs!!! The management is poor and you will go through many headaches with marken properties most of their buildings are run down with mostly rude low class people living in their caves. maintnance is a joke you can call with a complaint and your lucky if they come that week. Rent bounces up & down like basketballs.Also be ready to share your cave I mean apartment with roaches & sometimes mice yuk. Please trust me stay away!
