Ok on a tight budget

We are on a budget so 950.00 a month for a 2 bedroom is good for us. The hallways smell disgusting from everyone's cooking but other than that it is not bad. If I have a problem that needs to be fixed - it is fixed the same day, I think maintenance has treated me very well. Also the manager of the building is very good. I read the other comments and I did hear of these problems before I moved in. And also regarding the comment of 3/2006 - those were problems, but they were handled by management - some people were even evicted. I live in Building B and it is quiet - but smelly halls!!
