I was a resident here and the only reason I stayed was because I lived on the top floor! After living on the first floor the first couple of years there the noise was unbearable...REALLY LOUD! Its still loud but if you have to live there request the top floor! The place has gone down hill as far as residents who live there...all of the professionals moved out(including me recently!) when the mortgage rates went south and now the place is full of the dreaded...Section 8 singles mothers with kids. That was the final straw for me after calling the police several times on my 18 year-old (single mother) neighbor I had had enough! Plus they never returned my deposit! Avoid this place like the Plague that it is
