You can hear your neighbors breathe!!

This place claims to be affordable luxury. It does indeed come with granite countertops and marble floors, but beware!! The construction is of very cheap quality. Also, you have to be very cautious of every bit of noise you make coz even a very light/normal TV volume can be heard by the neighbors. The walls are made of paper!! Considering how expensive it is, the place is totally not worth it. Stay away!
