I live in the 3rd building and let me tell you it is pretty much all LOW INCOME people! they let their kids play outside at all hours of the night and you can hear them as clear as if they were in your apt with you! Maintenece isnt to bad although we have had 1 problem with them. The kids VANDALIZE your stuff as they have with my car (spit on it and have rocks on the roof.) The kids run up and down the hallways while they scream like its a freakin carnival!The kids have knocked on our door and ran several times and they have also opened our door and ran..this is why now it is locked at all times. The walls are very thin esspcially if they are in the hallways.From what i can see the 3rd building isnt as good as 1st and 2nd building! I knew someone who lived in the 1st building and they said it wasnt to bad. I HOPE THIS HELPED!
