Not a good place to live. The management is very poor and unwilling to compromise. I signed a 6 month lease and had to pay for 7 months because I did not tell them I was leaving in time. (even though the lease was for 6 months). I had no hot water when I moved in, and when their repair man come to fix it he left the water running and my bathroom flood. All I got was a 'sorry'. Look around, there are much better deals in that area, epically in Marlboro.
