I honestly think the staff is writing some (or all)of these good reviews.
Because his place SUX! I dont know how anyone would say this place is good in anyway. I lived there for 1yr and absolutly HATED it. I know 3 other people who live there now and all 3 of them hate it and cannot wait to move. The walls are as thin as paper you can hear them sneeze! Their is tons of welfare people and they dont watch their kids, they run up and down the hallways at all hrs of the night and like i said the walls are paper thin so it sounds like a freakin circus. The kids knock on your door all the time asking you to buy their stuff, asking for butter, sugar etc or they just knock and run. They spit on your front door and your cars! They throw rocks at your cars. They vandalize the place and anything that is in their way. I know it wasnt just my experience that was bad because like i said i know 3 other people who live there and they hate it! If you do decide to live there (i dont know why you would) but if you do then you should stick with the 1st building on the 1st floor bc there isnt as many welfare people (although the same stuff does happen just not as often) i know someone who lives on the 1st fl of the 1st building right now and he says the same things happen to him. So if after all this you decide to live there...then GOOD LUCK!! and dont say someone didnt warn you!! I lived there when it was 1yr old and i wish someone would have warned me bc we absolutly hated it, my son would wake up all the time from all the noise!!!!! Besides all this these apts are TINY and EXPENSIVE! When you 1st go look at them you think they are a good size and nice...live there for 2 months then i know you will be saying otherwise!

Welfare people? Who are you? This is far from kind! Look at your own way of communicating! Who uses the word "sux" to write anything grammatically correct?
I have lived here for over 1 year. First of all, when you live in an apartment community, you cannot expect complete silence all the time. While there are children there that are active, what children aren't? I think you're overdoing it here.
While the apartments are not great for overstuffed furniture or king size beds, I find mine more than spacious. The kitchen is beautiful and opens right into the living/dining area. With a little bit of rearranging, my space is roomy and comfortable to live in.
Also, this makes my commute so easy. It's on a quiet street that less than 1/2 mile to 495...who could ask for anything better.
If you are looking for your own noise free living, maybe the choice to live in an apartment may not suit you.

Geez "Anonymous " shut up! No one cares that the reviewer used the spelling "sux"?? This isn't a spelling contest. Correcting one's spelling on the internet is always the first sign of a weak argument. And who cares that "you" think that foxxy69 was "overdoing it"? This is her opinion and it's different then yours...deal with it. Neither does anyone care that you found your unit "more than spacious". You do realize that there are 3 different size units in that place right and yours may not be the same as Foxxy69's right?? If you have a different opinion that's fine. Go post your own review then. This review is one person's opinion and they're entitled to it. Lastly, I would surmise that you're either a troll or the source of the noise problems because no one who's actually lived in these apartments would ever say that "you cannot expect complete silence all the time." Anyone who has actually lived there knows that you NEVER get ANY silence ANY of the time. Unless of course it was your little brats making the noise in which case you probably don't care about anyone else's peace and quite.
