What a joke. We move here from the midwest and need an apartment quickly. The place looked nice and were drawn to the features and the parking garage.
Both our cars were keyed costing us thousands in repair bills. The officer who filled out the police reports said he gets more complaints from this complex than the whole town of Hudson combined.
The garage lights were not working for the longest time which made me afraid to park at night.
There is garbage left in the halls and in the garage.
Noise is incredible. The adjoining walls are just sheetrock and metal studs. You can hear your neighbor sneeze. Not to mention domestic disputes, babies crying, kids yelling, on and on and on.
The management allows Section 8 housing and no security deposit so the place is filled with undesirables.
Kids, riding bikes in the hall, dogs barking at all hours, vandalism to the common areas, they are correct in saying "This place has it all!" g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
