Sleep deprivation!

This place is hell on earth! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I was an idiot and signed a lease for the second year hoping that if my noisy neighbors move, then I would have some peace and quiet. Yeah, right. I ended up getting neighbors on both sides of my apartment. One neighbor has a one year old with colic, and the other has a child that jumps around endlessly throughout the day. I can only sleep when they are sleeping or are away for the day. when they wake up, I wake up because of the noise. And, the management is terrible. They could care less about the quality of their apartment, which also impacts YOUR quality of life. After being here for 2 years, I have permanent bags under my eyes. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
