The office is maintained every day from 9AM to 5PM everyday by an employee, that has worked here for over 18 years. Nice Place - I've lived here for almost nine months under a disablibilty approval from H.U.D. The maintenance guys here are very reliable. The office is maintained every day from 9AM to 5PM everyday by an employee, that has worked here for over 18 years. Good community It is sad that people use a forum like this to complain about people they don't like. I have lived here for 5 years now, am very satisfied with the level of attention that the association pays to its owners and renters while keeping in mind their budgetary constraints.

POOR MAINTENANCE This is the worst place. They don't even know what an emergency means,they have their own definition about emergency.I moved in this apartment and complained about some maintenance issues, we waited 2 months for maintenance person to come & fix my problems..

Noise is a serious problem The walls are paper thin and the noise coming into your apartments is the worse that I have seen. The term luxury is a joke and the outside stairway to the apartments are slippery and unfinished. Pay special attention on what the woman at the front desk tells you,
