Great place to live! - I have lived at the Estates for a couple years now and really do enjoy it. It was built in early 2000 so it is not as updated as others but you cannot beat the price and location together with individual apartment entry community which is rare for an apartment complex. Very Good Apartment Community, Ecellent Staff, Nice Location Fairly new and very well maintained. The apartment are very nice as is the community. Good amenities,parking, and less a 3 minute walk to the beach.

Excellent place I lived at Avalon for a little over a year and found it to be the nicest apartment complex I have ever lived in. The staff are excellent, the grounds are well maintained, and it is in a great location. I highly recommend it.

Very Nice This is a very nice complex, but a few negatives. The planes from Logan fly over constantly- and there are alot of coyates.

Great Place Moved into Avalon Estates when it first opened and have had a wonderful experience. The staff is wonderful and right on top of things.The apartments are very modern and up to date. You can walk to Nantasket Beach which is a huge plus on those busy summer weekends then come back and feel
