OK, it may not be the Ritz, but it is alright...

The Landlord is just fine for the most part. However, some of the tenants that end up here are another matter. If the are any problems, 9 times out of 10, it is the fault of the tenant or the neighboring tenants who cause the problem in the first place. They then try to put the blame on to the management, etc. etc. etc.
