Georgetown sucks! I lived in Georgetowne for 5 years and every year it got worse!!! I could never have a few friends over without security coming over to complain!! They STALK your life!! When it's time for them to lower your rent for what ever reason, Lost your job, maternity leave

OK place to live Overall Georgetowne Homes is a nice place to live. If you qualify for subsidized or moderate programs rent is based on income.
Really worth it if:

I lived in a Beautiful 2 floor townhouse...Nicely sized rooms....everything in home was brand new.
