	No downside to this place. Apartments are spacious, management is excellent, great location, reasonable rent (especially for the sq footage), easy parking!

	My apartment had 16´ ceilings, lots of light, and was very comfortable. Management was always same day responsive, and very good to work with. Added bonus was of street parking. Only reason I left was to move to California.
