Terrific place to live My apartment had 16´ ceilings, lots of light, and was very comfortable. Management was always same day responsive, and very good to work with. Added bonus was of street parking.

Sumner Hill Converted JP Schoolhouse Generally, these apartments are stunning. . . .every unit has it?s own special charm to it and original schoolhouse accents. The only reason we left was because we waited for 4 years for it to go Condo, but the didn?t wind up doing it.

Don't Bother I moved into this place in sept. with my 1 year old son. They sent me a letter of warning because i celebrated my sons first birthday with all children under 10 during the day. The birthday was from 3-7pm mind you i put Sesame street songs on for them...Someone broke into my home.
