hi roland and steve, i was curious if you've gotten into flipping houses yet' i'm thinking about coming back up there.
my 15 year old son seems to need a little guidance.
been sober since july 4 2004 and really enjoy it.

Because you are friends with the individual doesnt mean you can give them high ratings. They are out to get there tenants. Bed bug infestations and refusal to do so, as well as scamming them out of money when people are told that there security deposit would cover the final rent. Then after you move out they send your fees to debt collections who then send the information to that apartment in which you just moved out of. Then, you dont find out for several years when you check your credit score. Very negligent landlords and scam whoever they can for a quick dollar. Its people like this that drag down society and care nothing for people but money.
