Didn't change toilet seats for new move-ins when JPI managed. From: Ber1039 Date posted: 7/10/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   My toilet seat was clearly old because you could see the rusted nuts & bolts as well as the spray painted seat. This is a major Board of Health issue and totally disgusting. Also, the apartment was infested with black ants--I was on the third floor. The only thing good about the property was the maintence staff--very efficient and polite. Gate was always broke which was unacceptable espcially for a new building. Very unsafe feeling.
