old toilet seats, broken gates and more From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/3/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   The office staff can be rude and unhelpful. The toilet seats were not changed, just painted over to look new. Gated community with a broken gate! Will not be repaired until the Spring of 2004!! Then well see what kind of excuse they come up with for not repairing it. You need a telephone to use the intercom system. It took over a month for our intercom to be setup and then it didnt work properly. Beware of previous tenants who have had cable telephone. There is a hefty fee to switch it back to Verizon. Guest parking used by tenants who live in first building thereby taking up spots for legitimate guests.
