infested with cocroaches

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
I live here for about a year and to tell you the thruth i might as well had live in the street. To start of I lived in the highest floor the 4th floor and there are elevators but they dont work. So when I went grocery shopping it was awful. The ceiling was constantly leaking and no one ever made it there buisness to come and fix it. The place was full of cocroaches and rats the neighbors are as noisy as they come. So with that said i do not recommed this apartment. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
